Quality Assurance Employee (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS

You will inspect components, document results, and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams while actively shaping processes.

• Independently inspect components according to test plans (manual measurements, Conturograph, magnetic field measurement, etc.)

• Prepare test reports and customer documentation

• Review material certificates and supplier documents

• Record deviations and support root cause analyses

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams

• Receive training in non-destructive testing methods (e.g., ultrasound or eddy current testing)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, or similar)

• Strong quality awareness and precision

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents (English included)

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good command of English

• Independent, structured work style and team spirit

• Experience with CAQ software (Babtec) and professional experience in quality assurance is a plus
