YOUR TASKS

You will shape the further development of our AI service landscape, develop practical software solutions and work with the team to ensure the reliable and secure operation of our IT environment. In this role, you will work closely with the specialist departments, IT Infrastructure & Operations and external partners, while actively contributing your ideas to our processes and projects.

Your core responsibilities

  • Operation and further development of our AI service landscape

    • Gathering requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement in the specialist departments, as well as deriving and prioritising suitable AI use cases in line with the company strategy

    • Designing, developing and implementing practical AI solutions to support and automate business and work processes

    • Implementing, operating, maintaining and continuously developing the AI applications in use, while ensuring their availability and performance

    • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and requirements when using and further developing AI solutions, and contributing to standards for the secure and responsible use of AI

  • Software development

    • Developing, adapting and maintaining our in-house software solution (Training management, internal web shop, survey tool, etc.)

  • Operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure

    • Supporting the operation, maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure, particularly in the areas of patch management and monitoring

Additional responsibilities

  • Supporting IT operations on-site and remotely, and resolving hardware and software issues

  • Representing and supporting the IT Infrastructure & Operations Specialists

  • Managing user accounts and access rights, and contributing to the secure configuration and protection of our IT systems and end devices

  • Participating in and independently taking responsibility for IT projects

  • Coordinating external IT partners and suppliers, and supporting IT procurement, licence management and the introduction of new solutions

  • Maintaining reliable IT and solution documentation

  • Processing tickets in a structured manner and continuously optimising IT, support and automation processes

Job requirements

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed technical education or a comparable qualification

  • Sound knowledge of artificial intelligence and the practical implementation of AI applications

  • Good software development and programming skills

  • Experience with scripting, interface development and process automation

  • Experience in patch management and monitoring

  • Good command of English

  • Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style

Advantageous qualifications

  • Practical experience in user, access rights and software administration

  • Experience in IT support and in working with ticketing systems and technical documentation

  • Experience coordinating IT service providers and suppliers

  • Experience in IT procurement, licence management or the implementation of new IT solutions

  • Experience with the secure configuration and protection of IT systems and end devices

  • Strong interest in technological innovation and the continuous development of IT and AI solutions
